Course FAQ

How do I access my courses?

After you purchase your course on the order confirmation page you will click on “Manage Subscriptions” and your purchased courses will be under there. You may also put this in your browser and make sure to be logged in and access it from there. https://beyondthetumbler.com/a/courses/home/

How do I get a discount?

If you purchase all the courses an automatic discount will be applied at check out!

What is your turn around time?

Physical products leave around 5-7 business days!

Can I get a refund?

If you have opened and enrolled in your course, we do not offer refunds. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

For physical products, if you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return your order in the exact way it came, we will refund you when you have returned your product. We are not responsible for shipping charges and you will receive only the product price back.

Do you offer one on one coaching?

Not at this time! This may be something we add in the future.
